Well, the good news is lots of solid sleep after an early night.
At about 07.00, I made my way up to the kitchen, to gather up a couple of coffees for myself and T and we remained quiet for another hour or more relaxing.
T was in a difficult and non compliant mood and refused, or was unable, to hurry. I definitely think more of those twinkling lights are going out. This morning, the shower was tricky, again. And he seemed incapable of putting his clothes on. Ruth sorted him out because I was worried we were going to hold everybody up.
She suggested next time, I hold out one garment at a time rather than providing him with his daily heap. The whole lot of daily clothing together might be confusing nowadays. Too many choices.
Breakfast was delicious, the team made a good job of a full English.
The day was grey and very blustery, the wind blowing very strongly. Pervensthorp was an attractively landscaped nature reserve with a tame crew of friendly ducks which knew how to control visitors. There was also a series of lakes and an attractive sculpture garden with walkways linking the different areas.

After our very blowy walk and pause for tea, we headed for Langham Glass. Here we were treated to demonstrations of how different products are made including blown and molded items. It was really hot in there and I could feel myself dozing off. But I rallied and followed instructions to Crete a paperweight.

Next up, back to the barns for yet more tea and relaxation. Supper followed and so did the evening entertainment.
