Poorly

I felt alright around 06.00 but by 08.00 I was feeling quite sick.
That was soon joined by unavoidable urgency to use the loo which has continued all day.
I suspect the aches and pains on Monday was the start, although yesterday seemed OK. Just tired.
The aches and pains have returned with a vengeance and my hands have turned into claws. I know this is viral arthritis.

Bed has been the place to be. H has had no walk but I have managed to get T to and from daycare.

I have also slept quite a bit and I’m hoping for more of the same.

I will bore you no more.
